We want you to love what you wear from Blyssin. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You inform us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photographic proof.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.

Note: Items from final-sale collections and braless/padded nightwear are not eligible for returns. These may be exchanged for size only, once per order.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at:

Include your Order ID, issue description, and photos (if applicable). Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

Once your request is approved:

  • You must ship the item back within 1–3 days of approval.
  • Returns shipped beyond 3 days may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • You will not incur any extra fees for reimbursement.
  • Shipping fees, COD charges, or discounts are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Padded or braless nightwear (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items without tags or original packaging
  • Final-sale items
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

Delivery Issues & Missing Items

If an item is marked “delivered” via tracking but claimed missing by the customer, no refund or replacement will be issued. We advise customers to ensure safe delivery locations and confirm addresses carefully at checkout.

Order Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order:

  • Within 2 hours of placing it — via email to info.blyssin@gmail.com
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

You may also cancel this contract within 14 days of receiving the product. To do so, send us a clear written notice of cancellation via email before the period expires. You will be responsible for shipping the product back in original condition and packaging.
